纸张内侧复合食品级 PE 淋膜，是目前餐饮使用最广泛的款式。淋膜层起到防水、防油、防渗漏作用，可盛装热饭、热菜、热汤，耐温范围广，韧性强、不易破。分为单淋膜、双淋膜，双淋膜防水防油效果更佳，适合汤汁较多的餐食。

二、核心加工工艺

2、 Core processing technology

成型工艺：主流为模切压制一体成型，无需胶水粘合，避免胶水中有害物质接触食物，安全系数更高；少数拼接款采用食品级环保胶，符合国家食品包装标准。

Molding process: The mainstream method is die cutting and pressing integrated molding, which does not require adhesive bonding and avoids harmful substances in the adhesive from coming into contact with food, resulting in a higher safety factor; A few splicing styles use food grade environmentally friendly adhesive, which meets national food packaging standards.

表面处理：可做单色印刷、彩色印刷，全部使用食品级水性油墨，无异味、不脱色，高温下不会释放有害物质。

Surface treatment: Can be used for monochrome printing and color printing, all using food grade water-based ink, odorless, non fading, and will not release harmful substances at high temperatures.

防油防水工艺：除 PE 淋膜外，部分高端纸餐盒会采用食品级防油涂层，适配油炸食品、卤味等高油脂餐品。

Oil proof and waterproof process: In addition to PE coating, some high-end paper lunch boxes will use food grade oil proof coatings, suitable for high-fat meals such as fried foods and braised dishes.
